We love their food. Kung Pao chicken great, love their General Tso' chicken too!

Only put 1 star because I had to. The lady over the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I called back because when delivered they brought the wrong stuff, she argued with me about the order I placed, then told me I had to come pick up the right order and it would be free. I said no I'm not leaving it's your mistake, just said yea yea and hung up. So we assumed they weren't going to bring our accurate order so said the hell with it and began to eat. Then the older delivery guy shows up says nothing but give me house rice we were like ok here it is she did not tell us you were coming back she said I had to get it so we started eating. The guy was and A'hole too. We will NEVER order from this place again bc of their rude behavior!! Yes food was hot and plenty of it but definitely not impressed with the taste or their customer service. The younger kids working there have more manors than the older ones, that's very sad!

I couldn't get past the filth. Don't know what's happen to this place but not what it once was. A Good cleaning might help! The ordering process was certainly not pleasant. The lady was in a hurry and on the phone talking to someone in Chinese..

absolutely amazing food! super sweet family with a super sweet son. like i said, the food is excellent and the service is great. 10/10 all the time, always go here when i’m craving chinese. affordable AND good! love y’all!

New owners are not the same as old neither is the food. Messed up my order, charged me more and food wasn't as good as previous owner.

The teenage son answered the phone was rude and didn't listen to my order asking for small on everything instead gave and charged me for large. My food was gross tasted like burnt pan and they didnt do anything for me besides yell on the phone

Good for most of the time. Gotten nuke warm for before. And very run down. Needs to be taken care of and cleaned repainted. It looks very dirty inside.

I see a lot of comments on the customer service. Lets just be clear of you've ever been to NYC you know the "rudder" they are the better the food lol. We as Americans have a lot of customs thats a odd in other countries. Ever stop and think that maybe they are not actually being rude? I would give this place a million stars if I could. Amazing food.

NEW OWNERS, Very clean cooking area. The food is great and made by a good family that care about what they make. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant on the East side of Webster and in Ontario. I recommend ordering here. Online orders can be done for this restaurant.

Rude much and quality is poor.

So rude and impatient when it comes to placing an order over the phone. I just hope my food turns out good.

Walked in and the place is full of smoke from burnt cooking oil, the staff were eating while my food was cooking, he stirred my food with his bare hands, not once did I see him wash his hands or wear gloves, the food was gross and tasted like the burnt cooking oil, this place needs to be reported to the heath & safety board, so gross inside you can't even see out the windows, would not recommend this place to anyone

Rude over the phone when asked a question about a delivery. Was willing to pick up the order until the rude answer I received. Poor customer service

My go to Chinese restaurant

Close by authentic Chinese food. Place is not fancy ,actually kinda dumpy but what the heck it tastes good prices are reasonable too. Kids love the Sesame Chicken and the vegetable lo Mein.If you order over $25 you get free Chinese doughnuts,( fried canned biscuit dough coated in granulated sugar) or a 2 liter of soda. We don't have too many options where we live in Walworth and enjoying good Chinese food is a perk. We always receive more food than we can eat and it is consistently good and delivered in a timely fashion. I recommend this restaurant to those in the area.

I love this place and have gone here since I was a young kid. I once asked them to make me something that was not on their menu. Not only did they make it, they added it to the menu permanently. Love y'all.

The new people taking over, are just changing everything, I miss the old owners unfortunately I won’t be here again.

Modest family run place. Good food, delivered quick and hot. And very pretty ladies work there. The boy seems sad sometimes though. Don't know why. He's handsome enough and speaks good english, he shouldn't have trouble finding a girl friend. American girls are a pain in the butt though...maybe that is why he is so sad. Maybe his sisters are mean to him. idk I give him good tip. Hope he smiles. I give the pretty girl big tip too, hope she comes back next time. Best Szechuan around! Excellent mei fun too (get the House Special). And their buffalo wings are cheap and have an interesting zing to them. Hint of teriyaki maybe....not sure really. I recommend them. Never waste your money on boneless wings from a pizza chain again. Get twice as much food for half the price.

I have been going here for years, but recently they changed ownership and a teenager who always answers the phone is rather rude and makes the ordering process a struggle. The food is still good if you can handle the kids attitude

Love the food with fair prices. The ordering process was difficult, the young man was rude and extremely unprofessional. Make sure you have cash.

Absolutely wonderful people and wonderful food every time.

Sadly i didnt have a great experience.The atmosphere was not inviting.The order taking process was rushed and unprofessional.And the food was of poor quality.The ribs were dry.And my broccoli was spoiled and tasted sour. When returning to ask for refund. I was asked to leave and not return. Ok i did but not without my cash in hand.
